Only the initial purchase vehicle is eligible for the program, and the vehicle received in exchange is not eligible for the program. Of course, the vehicle must be in the same merchandisable condition upon the return in order to qualify for exchange and due to supply, we must exclude certain vehicles in high demand, such as exotics and those vehicles that retail for over $100,000.00.
